Payment Confirmation

All payments should be made in advance in Euros (EUR) in connection with registration and reservations. When submitting your registration online, you will receive confirmation and further instructions by email. After receiving the workshop payments, Facilitation Arena will send you official confirmation by email. No confirmation will be sent before all fees have been received. Please note that all payments must not include bank handling charges. Credit cards, Bank drafts as well as personal, traveller’s or company cheques cannot be accepted.

Remember to use use the beneficiary’s IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and the BIC of the beneficiary’s bank when you do international money transfers. Payments from other countries to Finland are not transmitted without IBANs and BICs. Payments in Euros within Europe using IBAN and BIC should normally be free on any charges for the sender and receiver.

Cancellation and refund policy

Kindly note that, all cancellations and changes in registration must be made in writing. If cancellation is received before 1st July 2008, the registration fee will be refunded. If cancellation is received after 1st July 2008 but before 21th July 2008, 75 % of the registation fee will be refunded. If cancellation is received after 20thJuly 2008, 50 % refund will be made. There is no refund of registration in the case of no-shows.

Insurance and Liability

In the event that workshops cannot be held or are postponed due to events beyond the control of the workshop organizers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the workshop organizers, the workshop organizers cannot be held liable by participants for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc. The workshop organizer cannot accept liability for personal injuries, or for loss or damage to property belonging to participants or their accompanying persons, either during or as the result of this event. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
