Programme Description

Each workshop addresses important topics related to leading of task-focused meetings where conflict may be high, problems critical, and decisions matter. “Future Search” provides hands on experience with a 2 1/2-day action planning meeting used effectively in most of the world’s cultures. “Don’t Just Do Something” offers a general theory and practice for leading meetings and managing your own behavior, rather than the behavior of meeting participants.

Both will provide an excellent opportuniies for scholars and practitioners from many disciplines and countries of the world to meet and share their experiences.
